VEGAN RECIPES: Condiments
 

Soy Mayo
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c. Water
  • ½ c. Solait (or Dry Soymilk)
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/3 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Salt

 

DIRECTIONS:

Blend these ingredients until smooth.

Slowly add:
¾ - 1 c. Virgin Olive Oil (cold-pressed works best) into container as it is blending.

Pour mixture into container and stir in 3 Tsp. of Lemon Juice. Stir to thicken. Chill.
