INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ c apple or other juice
- 2 bananas, frozen
- ½ c strawberries, frozen
DIRECTIONS:
Pour juice into a blender. Add fruit and blend well. Serve immediately. Use leftover for popsicles, if desired.

- 1 large banana
- 1 pear
- 1 lime, peeled
