INGREDIENTS:
- 2 T Water
- 2 T Mock beef seasoning
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1½ c Hot water
- ¾ c Cold water
- 3 T Unbleached white flour
- 1 tsp Nutritional yeast flakes
DIRECTIONS:
Mix 2 T water with the beef seasoning and brown mixture in a frying pan with olive oil. Dash in hot water, stirring to dissolve seasoning. Combine cold water with remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour into the frying pan mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
