INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. Mori-nu tofu, firm
- ½ c. water
- ¼ c. sunflower oil
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1 ¼ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1 tsp. Basil, fresh or dried
- ½ tsp. Parsley
- 2 T. Fresh chives, minced
- ½ tsp. Savory
DIRECTIONS:
Combine in a blender and process till smooth and creamy. Chill and serve.
Mix Vegenaise, Vegan Sour Cream and soymilk (plain or original flavor) to taste and dressing consistency then add The Spice Hunter’s Five Onion and Herb Dip Mix. Chill before serving with your favorite green salad.
