INGREDIENTS:
- 8-10 Large boiled potatoes, cubed
- 1 Onion, chopped fine
- 2 Stalks of celery, chopped fine
- 1 ½ -2 c Tofu Onion Dip (see below)
- 1 T Dill weed
- 1 tsp Onion salt
- ½ tsp Garlic granules
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Recipe of Scrambled Tofu #2
DIRECTIONS:
Mix well. Chill before serving. Garnish with parsley and paprika
