VEGAN RECIPES: Salads
 

Potato Salad
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8-10 Large boiled potatoes, cubed
  • 1  Onion, chopped fine
  • 2  Stalks of celery, chopped fine
  • 1 ½ -2 c   Tofu Onion Dip (see below)
  • 1 T Dill weed
  • 1 tsp Onion salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic granules
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Recipe of Scrambled Tofu #2

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix well.  Chill before serving. Garnish with parsley and paprika
