Pecan Patties
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups ground pecans (or Brazil nuts)
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs (packed)
  • 1 egg replacer
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 cup plain soy milk

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix ingredients together. Let stand one hour or overnight. Form into patties and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes. Then turn over and bake 10-15 more minutes. Cover with gravy or Italian sauce to serve.
