VEGAN RECIPES: Condiments
 

Mock Mustard #1
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 T Soy mayonnaise
  • Dash of onion and garlic granules
  • ¾ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Maple syrup

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix well.  Store in refrigerator.

 

 

Mock Mustard #2
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ c Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ c. Soy Flour
  • 2 tsp. Turmeric of Paprika

 

DIRECTIONS:

Blend until smooth.  Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick. Return to blender and add: 1-2 Cloves Raw Garlic

Blend well, pour into container and chill.
