Immune Boosting Drink
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4  medium sized oranges (Juiced)
  • 2  grapefruits
  • 4 lemons
  • 9-12 cloves of garlic
  • ½  onion, peeled
  • ½-1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • ¼-½ c. honey

 

DIRECTIONS:

First juice the oranges, grapefruits and lemons. Pour into blender. Add 9-12 garlic cloves depending on their size and the heat you can tolerate. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend thoroughly.

 

NOTES:

The citrus fruits, garlic and onion have antibacterial and anti-viral properties. The cayenne pepper will act as the catalyst that will help the germ-fighting properties to circulate more freely in the system. Honey is added so that the drink will become more palatable.

 

Make the Natural Immune Boosting Drink fresh at the start of the day and drink 4-6 oz. every 3 to 4 hours until symptoms are gone. Begin using drink at the first sign of cold or flu. It is best to catch the cold or flu in its early stages.
