Hummus
 

ingredients:

Place in blender or food processor:

  • 1 15 oz. can garbanzos, drain off liquid and set aside
  • 2 T. tahini
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 t. lemon juice
  • ½-1 t. salt
  • 1 t. garlic power
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • Dash of cumin and cayenne

 

directions:

Add enough garbanzo liquid to allow blender or processor to work and blend until smooth.
