INGREDIENTS:
- Have ready one 9" baked pie shell. (A granola crust is recommended.)
Blend the following ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy:
- 1 lb firm or extra firm tofu
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup milk (soy or rice)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Pour into baked pie shell. Drizzle with melted carob chips. Freeze overnight.
Before serving let thaw for about 10 minutes.
