Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Have ready one 9" baked pie shell. (A granola crust is recommended.)

Blend the following ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy:

  • 1 lb firm or extra firm tofu
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup milk (soy or rice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt

 

DIRECTIONS:

Pour into baked pie shell. Drizzle with melted carob chips. Freeze overnight.

Before serving let thaw for about 10 minutes.
