INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ¼ c Water
- 2 c Quick Oats
- 1/3 c Barley Flour
- ¼ c Raw wheat germ
- ¼ c Cornmeal
- ¼ c Raw cashew pieces
- ¼ c Splenda
- 1 T Liquid Lecithin
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ tsp Maple syrup or flavoring
- ¾ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until creamy. Set mixture aside about 5 minutes while you pre-heat the waffle iron. Spray iron with cooking spray and pour batter onto iron until fills out to the edges. Bake 12 minutes. Yield: 4-6 waffles
