INGREDIENTS:
- 3 c. water
- ˝ c. cashews
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. chicken seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- ˝ tsp garlic powder
- 2 T. Bragg’s aminos
- 1 T. fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS:
Blend ˝ cup hot water with cashews until smooth. Add the rest of ingredients, except parsley. Pour into saucepan and stir while cooking until thickened. Add vegetarian “bacon” if desired.
