INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb firm tofu, cubed
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1/3 c brewer’s yeast
- ½ tsp tumeric, optional
- 1 T vegetarian chicken seasoning, optional
- 1 T olive oil
- 8 corn tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
Cook all together in a non-stick skillet. Serve in corn tortilla shells (steamed or lightly browned), salsa, and soy or tofu sour cream, if desired.
