Chic-Tofu Tortillas
 

Serves: 8
Prep time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/3 c soy sauce
  • 1/3 c brewer’s yeast
  • ½ tsp tumeric, optional
  • 1 T vegetarian chicken seasoning, optional
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 8 corn tortillas

 

DIRECTIONS:

Cook all together in a non-stick skillet. Serve in corn tortilla shells (steamed or lightly browned), salsa, and soy or tofu sour cream, if desired.
