INGREDIENTS:
Mix:
- 1 pkg sour cream
- 8 oz. soy mozzarella cheese grated
- ½ lb. mashed tofu
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 pinches salt
- ½ - ¾ pkg frozen spinach thawed and drained.
DIRECTIONS:
Have ready 2-3 boxes of frozen mini fillo dough shells on cookie sheet. Fill shells with spinach filling and bake at 400° degrees for 10-12 minutes.
