VEGAN RECIPES: Breakfasts
 

Breakfast sausage
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c. multigrain cereal (7,8,9,10,grain)
  • 3c. water
  • 1 t oregano
  • 4 t onion powder
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1 t. basil
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1Tbs dried parsley
  • 1 Tbs thyme
  • 1 Tbs sage
  • 1/4c raw sesame seeds
  • 1/4c raw flax seeds
  • 1/4 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/4c raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup

 

DIRECTIONS:

Finely grind all nuts and seeds in blender. Cook cereal in 3c water for 1 1/4 hours.

Mix all ingredients together and form patties with moist hands to keep mixture from sticking to fingers

Bake 400 for 10 min each side on oiled cookie sheet
