INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c. multigrain cereal (7,8,9,10,grain)
- 3c. water
- 1 t oregano
- 4 t onion powder
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t. basil
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1Tbs dried parsley
- 1 Tbs thyme
- 1 Tbs sage
- 1/4c raw sesame seeds
- 1/4c raw flax seeds
- 1/4 c whole wheat flour
- 1/4c raw almonds
- 1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Finely grind all nuts and seeds in blender. Cook cereal in 3c water for 1 1/4 hours.
Mix all ingredients together and form patties with moist hands to keep mixture from sticking to fingers
Bake 400 for 10 min each side on oiled cookie sheet
