Betty’s Best Berry Delight
 

Crust

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 Double Graham Crackers, crumbled
  • ¼ c. Margarine
  • ½ c. Sweetener

DIRECTIONS:

Mix and press into 9" x 13" dish.
 


 

Cream Cheese Filling

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2, 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ c. Sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla (or 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Powder)+

DIRECTIONS:

Mix well and spread over graham cracker crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
 


 

Berry Filling

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Quarts Berries, your choice
  • 2 Tbs. Arrowroot or Cornstarch
  • ½ - 1 c. Sweetener

DIRECTIONS:

Blend berry juice and arrowroot until smooth. Pour into saucepan and add sweetener and berries. Cook mixture over low to medium heat until thick. Stir frequently. Pour over baked cream cheese mixture and chill.
